About DosiiRoc Cafe

Korean restaurant and cafe serving authentic Korean meals along with espresso based beverages and specialty drink offerings with Asian-inspired flavors.

DosiiRoc Cafe is a korean restaurant in Rochester, New York. It is listed at 1225 Jefferson Rd Ste A11, Rochester, NY 14623, which places it among the local businesses of Rochester that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Rochester, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across New York run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

Hours are published for 6 days a week. Typical hours are 11 am–2 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach DosiiRoc Cafe at (585) 319-4635; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, dosiiroccafe.com.

Customers rate it 4.9 out of 5 on Google across 187 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded korean restaurants in Rochester.

Rochester is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Rochester is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

First time there. Ordered four DosiiRoc boxes, each with a different protein (chicken, beef, pork, and tofu). The meats and tofu were deliciously spiced and well cooked. Not too spicy for any of us, including one who doesn't like very hot spiced food. They came with white rice, noodles with yummy roasted veggies, a bean sprout dish, and a dumpling. The takeout containers did a good job keeping things separated. We'll be back, maybe dining in next time.

me and my friend have been there for 3 times and we’re satisfied everytime. We always order spicy pork bulgogi, kimchi stew, and lettuce basket. When we go there, we always finished our plates. This time, we also got pouch drinks. these were so cute, so refreshing. The cashier cutie even remember us and our orders. She’s so sweet and take care of us a lot! If you’re craving for Korean, I definitely recommend to go there and try some their dishes β™₯️β™₯οΈπŸ™‚β€β†”οΈπŸ™‚β€β†”οΈ

Atmosphere: This place blew me away. The owner's daughter runs the counter where you order. The café is spacious and spread out. The food runner brings your food while it's hot. They also bus your table after you are done. Food: amazing in every way. The donkatsu was my far the star of the show. Get the whole order! The Korean fried chicken and the pork dumplings were my 2nd favorite dishes. The beef bulgogi was my 3rd favorite (don't get me wrong it was very good lol... but I'm ranking food here lol). The ban chan (little Korean sides) were so good. Please go now. You're welcome 😊.

My favorite korean place in Rochester by far. I have taken all my friends and family to this spot. I routinely crave the seafood pancake and the spicy cold noodles with brisket. The stews are also delicious and very comforting in the winter months. The matcha lattes are the best in town.

This family-owned Korean restaurant offers real authentic culinary experience that’s hard to find in Rochester. The food actually made me feel like I teleported to Korea to enjoy its rich culture! The space was open and clean, and the menu featured a wide variety of traditional Korean dishes so there’s something for everyone. My favorite part of the visit is that they definitely didn’t skimp out on the ingredients, as many do. The food had all the right veggies and meat just like how they do in Korea. A feature of this restaurant was its selection of unique handcrafted drinks, like jollypong frappe which was my favorite. I will definitely be a regular to try the rest of their menu and follow them on instagram. Recommendations: Korean pancakes Boneless fried chicken Jollypong frappe Yogurt smoothie Shrimp fried rice Spicy stir fried squid
